whats up guys/gals.when i do my partial mash its more on the all grain side id say prob 85% grains. this is prob due to my itching for all grain brewing. All my brews came out great but the recipes i create are usually on the high abv% side yet i dont feel as if my yeast strains are high enough to make it work. (although the o.g. and f.g read low the brews were still strong just not strong enough)........i geuss my question would be should i pay more attention to making a yeast starter or get a stronger strain...ive used wyeast american ale type strains that said it has a 10% tollerance. im thinking maybe a belgian strong ale yeast?

Raise a strong yeast culture if you want it to church through 10% worth of alcohol without drowning in it first.
