Bensonhurst brewer?

I was walking down 73 street this evening on my way home from work, and was passing a house with some equipment in the backyard that looked suspiciously like brewing. Then, walking further, I saw two buckets with what looked like hops climbing a tree in the front.
So I'm wondering, is there is brewer living in the vacinity?
